I enclose the dates and venues for next year’s netball tournaments.
Please read all the information attached, then fill-in the form enclosed and return with appropriate monies to me, address below, by 10th September 2008.
No entries after this date will be excepted
Registration – a squad (5-12 players) list for each age group must be sent with your entry form, this can be amended on the day
All tournaments start at 10am – all players and officials must sign-in by 9.30am
Contact Details – make sure you fill-in all the details required, including email address and telephone/mobile numbers.
Results, order of play etc will be sent out by email, so please check your emails regularly.
Dates – decisions on cancellations will be made by lunchtime the day before, all tournaments have got a rearranged date in case postponed through bad weather.
Costs – the cost of entering is £5.00 per team, per tournament.
*You must give the organiser at least 48 hours notice if you withdraw from a tournament, failure to abide by this rule will result in a £10.00 fine. If the fine is not paid, the school will not be allowed to enter any tournaments the following year/until fine is paid.
Trophies - all trophies must be signed for and returned cleaned and engraved.
Failure to return trophies, school will incur a fine / replace trophy

We are hoping to get a pool of umpires for the U14 & U16 tournaments – if your umpire is prepared to be included, please let me know.
Sports Leaders – To help run the tournaments we will be asking schools to provide Sports Leaders
*All schools must be registered to England Netball to be able to take part in the tournaments, this will be checked.
